A partnership, by design
On the European side: Krishnath Sankaran, based in Basel — your contact person for everything, reachable in CET business hours, corresponding in German and English.
On the Indian side: established merchant-export operations with long-standing relationships to manufacturers across India's export clusters — the people who are physically present at factories, inspections and loadings.
This structure is deliberate. Sourcing from India fails most often at the interface: between languages, time zones and business cultures. We are built to be that interface.
Transparent by structure
We believe you should understand exactly how your supply chain works — including our role in it.
You contract directly
The Indian exporter invoices you directly and is the exporter of record. Your company imports in its own name. There is no intermediate trading margin and no re-invoicing through us.
We are paid by the Indian side
We work as the exporters' commercial representative — the classic Handelsvertreter model. Our commission is fixed with the exporter in advance, and the price you pay is the same with or without us.
Accountability stays local
Whatever happens — a delayed vessel, a quality question, a claim — your first call is Basel, not a factory nine time zones away. We own the problem until it is resolved.
How we choose to work

- ✓Honest assessments. If India is not the right origin for your product, we say so — before you spend money finding out.
- ✓Factory transparency. You may know, and visit, the sites where your goods are made. Supply-chain due diligence is a requirement we support, not resist.
