This privacy policy covers the processing of personal data under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP / nDSG).
2. Hosting and server log files
This website is hosted by Vercel Inc., 340 S Lemon Ave #4133, Walnut, CA 91789, USA. When you visit the site, the hosting provider automatically processes technical data (IP address, date and time of access, requested page, browser type) in server log files to deliver the website securely and reliably. 3. Cookies and consent
This website uses cookies only for web analytics (see section 4), and only after you have given your consent via the cookie banner. Fonts and all other technically necessary resources are served from our own hosting. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time via "Cookie settings" in the page footer; your choice is stored in your browser for twelve months.
4. Web analytics (Google Analytics 4)
With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4, a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland ("Google"). Google Analytics uses cookies that help us understand how visitors use this website (pages visited, approximate location at city level, browser and device type). IP addresses are not logged or stored by Google Analytics 4. Data may be transferred to Google LLC in the USA; Google LLC is certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time with effect for the future via "Cookie settings" in the page footer. If you do not consent, no analytics cookies are set. Usage data is retained in Google Analytics for 14 months. Details: Google privacy policy.
5. Contact form and email
If you contact us by email or via the contact form, we process the details you provide (name, company, email address, message content) solely to handle your enquiry and any resulting business relationship. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries. Form submissions are transmitted via the form service configured by us and forwarded to our email address. We retain correspondence only as long as needed for the purpose or required by statutory retention obligations.
6. Disclosure of data
We do not sell personal data. Data is disclosed only where necessary to handle your enquiry (for example, forwarding a sourcing requirement to a supplier — normally without personal data beyond your company details), or where we are legally obliged to do so.
7. Your rights
You have the right to information about, rectification and erasure of your personal data, the right to restriction of processing, the right to data portability, and the right to object to processing based on legitimate interest. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in Switzerland the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC), in Germany the data protection authority of your federal state.
