Sample, then order: samples are available on request. The Indian manufacturer’s export company invoices you and ships; you import. Helvinda is your contact in Basel throughout.

What is the minimum order?

Minimum quantities depend on the model and are usually set per carton or per mixed pallet. Send us the models you are interested in and we confirm the MOQ with the quote.

Who is the seller and who imports?

Our Indian manufacturing partner’s export company sells to you and issues the invoice; you are the importer of record. Helvinda represents the exporter in Europe and is your contact in Basel — in German, English or French.

Can we get samples first?

Yes. Samples of the selected models can be sent before a first order; cost and timing depend on size and quantity.

Are the sizes exact?

Sizes are converted from the manufacturer’s inch measurements and rounded to 0.5 cm. Handmade ceramics vary slightly; we confirm exact dimensions, glaze and packing per model with the quote.
